Bidders can write a bid on a piece of paper located near the item.
They may or may not know what the other people are bidding, which closes after a pre-set period of time.

“Trail Savvy Trio” an 18”x12” pastel over acrylic wash by 
artist Dorothy Snowden.


The Black Hills of South Dakota offer horse enthusiasts plenty of 
miles to explore while trail riding.  This trio, depicted by Newell, 
S.D. artist Dorothy Snowden, have logged many days together, evident 
by the forward ears and slack lead rope.
Oil paintings and pastels by Dorothy are available through several 
regional galleries. She will participate in Custer State Park’s 
Artist-in-Residence program for a second season this fall.
